Ever heard of Charlie Brooker? If you haven’t, then you’re not alone. I didn’t know the bloke before I stumbled over some videos of his on the internets. I suppose I don’t watch TV enough to know about everything the BBC presses out of their butts. But if you indeed have heard of Charlie, I hope it had the same effect on you as it did on so many others who saw his shows.
Even on YouTube, where I found this particular snippet of one of his shows, the comment section is relatively free of racial and sexual expletives and claims of “Fake”. Of course there are a few who missed the point and ended up talking about the background music and the difference between anime and video games. Afterall, the average IQ on YouTube never seems to have risen above room temperature.
